![]() ![]() ![]() The Academic Enrichment Program provides a bridge to the upcoming school year. Small groups of students are taught by highly skilled teachers in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. The kindergarten and first grade curriculum emphasizes phonics, reading comprehension, handwriting, and mathematics, as well as the development of auditory, visual, listening, and motor skills. This is a six-week program from 9 A.M. to Noon, June 20 to July 29*. Students entering second through seventh grades have the option of attending one or two three-week sessions between June 20 and July 29*. Each 9 A.M. to Noon session includes a math component and a language arts component, which encompasses reading comprehension, grammar, and creative writing. Extended Care is available from 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. and from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. See information below for course descriptions. *The School is closed on July 4, 2011.
